Our Zerain blue cheese croquettes are a high-quality artisanal product, made by Iñaki and Xabat, renowned chefs trained at the Basque Culinary Center. Using raw sheep's milk and an exclusive Basque cheese, these croquettes achieve a perfect balance of flavor and texture. With a net weight of 300g (including 6 units of 50g each), they are ideal for sharing. It is recommended to cook them in plenty of oil at 180°C for 2-3 minutes for a golden and crunchy exterior. Each bite is intensely delicious, making them an excellent choice for appetizers or light meals. They should be stored between 1°C and 4°C and consumed within 2 days of receipt.
