Among the minerals, it is a source of selenium, phosphorus and iodine.Regarding vitamins, sole is a source of vitamin B12, niacin and vitamin B6. One serving of sole provides 55% of the recommended intakes of vitamin B12 for men and women ages 20 to 39 with moderate physical activity.
