The 100% Iberian Acorn Shoulder boneless has the characteristic of having very juicy meat, a tender texture, and a very special flavor between sweet and salty that evokes the scents of the Salamanca meadows.
Coming from Iberian pigs raised freely in our meadows and fed with completely natural products, our shoulder is rich in fatty acids, necessary and beneficial for our health, and one of the essential products of the Mediterranean diet.

STORAGE AND EXPIRATION:
Place it in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.
The durability of the quality of our products is approx. 6 months following the conservation advice. In very humid areas, it is reduced to 30 days.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
To preserve the characteristics of your ham for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home, take it out of the vacuum packaging in which we send it to you and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

WEIGHT:
Whole pieces between 4 kg and 7 kg in weight that are boned in various parts. The order includes the knuckle and the remains of the boning for complete use.
