The 100% Iberian acorn-fed loin Gran Paladar comes from Iberian pigs, raised in freedom and fed on acorns, herbs, and other natural resources offered by the Sierra de Huelva. It is made with high-quality meats and crafted following an age-old recipe.
The main ingredients to make this cured meat are sea salt and a light marinade made from paprika and natural garlic. Then we stuff the meat into a natural casing and let it dry in our drying rooms for about three months.
In our online store, you can find pieces of Iberian loin weighing approximately 1,200g. It is an Iberian product for special occasions, where the palates of the diners can enjoy its flavor.
We recommend storing these Iberian cured meats at room temperature. During hot weather, it should be kept in the refrigerator, but first it must be protected from humidity and other odors; for this, you can wrap it in aluminum foil, cling film, or clean, dry cloths.
