Where our unconditional friend Casalba (Elaborated from our Chorizo Sarta and Presa Ibérica) has always known how to share his deep respect for the traditional rural activity, authentic origin of the products they elaborate. Respect passed from generation to generation where the hands of their grandparents were already working hard to knead the meats and elaborate the hams as they learned from their grandparents, and these from theirs, and from theirs... until the forgetfulness of memory.
