Marieta is 100% made from the Albariño variety. It is the first semi-dry Albariño in history. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks.
It is interrupted before completion by using cold.
Marieta is ideal for pairing with seafood, fish, and fresh cheese.
Serving temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
