Production and aging

Marieta is 100% made from the Albariño variety. It is the first semi-dry Albariño in history. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks.

It is interrupted before completion by using cold.

Marieta Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Marieta has a yellow color with lemon reflections.
• Nose: High intensity with notes of peach, ripe apple, and melon. With a background of lemon citrus.
• Palate: Light bubble tip, sweet and intense passage. It has a very fruity and citrusy aftertaste.

Pairing

Marieta is ideal for pairing with seafood, fish, and fresh cheese.

Serving temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
