This is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), a spectacular blend made with arbequina and arbosana olives. Created by renowned Olive Oil Elaiologist (olive oil sommelier) Maximiliano Arteaga. Selected from his best olives in the Montes de Toledo, this gastronomic treasure, in limited edition, will surprise you with its balanced flavor obtained from the highest quality olive juice from centuries-old and even millennial olive trees.

With high amounts of polyphenols (natural antioxidants that naturally take care of your body), it is a true food that acts almost like medicine, but is also delicious.

This perfect combination that occurs in their fields, thanks to the natural blend of arbequina and arbosana olive varieties from their estates located in the Cabañeros Natural Park, Toledo.
