Made in a traditional manner , having a medium to intense amber colour, and a thick texture. With a strong floral aroma and sweet taste ,possessing a very intense characteristic flavour, where balsamic and eucalyptus notes are perceived.
Sugar free. The honeycombs from which the honey is extracted are located in the lavandin fields.

At Dehesa de Los Llanos we package the honey produced by expert beekeepers who look after of their bees with the necessary care and attention so that these produce the best honey.
The farm possesses special conditions so as to obtain the highest quality , as lavender has been grown on its own fields for years.
Prior to packaging, the honey is heated to below 50ºC to remove extraneous materials from the fields and to give the honey a more fluid texture.
