Artisan vegan crackers with olive oil and aromatic herbs

Lady Joseph makes a selection of the best aromatic herbs: rosemary, thyme, basil, infused in extra virgin olive oil, the best combination

The flour is ground by hand. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious than those ground with industrial steel rollers and more aromatic.

The dough is allowed to rest for 12 hours and undergoes a slow cooking process to maintain nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crunchy but consistent cracker.

So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied by hummus, Iberian cold cuts, creamy cheeses, or whatever you want.
