The White Wine Atlantis Albariño from Vintae presents this White Wine from D.O Rías Baixas (Spain) made from the Albariño grape variety.
The White Wine Atlantis Albariño, is born from vineyards planted in Condado de Tea, on the right bank of the river Miño. Its soils are sandy with granitic. They also have heights of between 100 and 250 m above sea level and slopes with a gradient of 10%. Their training system is vine/pergola, with a height of 2.80 m.
The year started early from bud break, with a warm and wet spring that caused some losses and forced the vineyard to be closely monitored. The warm summer helped with sustained ripening. A timely drop in temperatures in the second half of August cooled the vines and favored optimal ripening.
The harvest was carried out during September, manually and in small boxes.

Its elaboration comes from an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 18ºC. It was thus aged for 10 weeks with its lees in the tanks and then racked to separate the lees.
