The Red Wine Azabache Reserva of Bodega Fincas de Azabache presents this wine D.O. Rioja created from grape varieties 70% Tempranillo, 30% Graciano.
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and the first half of October, when the grapes have reached the optimum phenolic ripeness. For the elaboration of this wine, a selection of grapes is made, coming from the plots with the best quality.
