Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Description: This extra virgin olive oil of high quality and great aroma, stands out for the selection of three main varieties of olive: Picual (also called Marteña), Picudo and Hojiblanca. Harvesting takes place at the beginning of November, when the fruit is in "veraison" (when the olive has yellowish green and violet tones). The extraction is done cold, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil with low acidity

Tasting: Fruity aroma, with hints of fresh apple. Medium to medium-low bitterness and pungency. Appearance of yellowish green colour.
