Burrata is a type of fresh cheese typical of the Italian region of Apulia. Visually shaped like a small "sachet", it is made with tender pasta filata cheese and filled with a pleasant dose of "stracciatella", resulting in the perfect balance between a mozzarella and fresh cream.
It is a refreshing cheese, with hints of cream, a slight acid touch and yogurt flavors with a soft and sweet finish. It is the perfect cheese for lovers of fresh products. It has great lactic power.
