The caper "El alcaparrón" is mainly consumed in the southern half of Spain. Harvesting can only be done manually given its size and fragility.
Very tender, these capers are macerated in a preparation based on wine vinegar and salt, without any preservatives.
Ideal as an aperitif snack or as a decorative element on fish dishes or charcuterie plates.
Ingredients: Tail capers, water, wine vinegar, salt.
Store in a cool place after opening.
