Directions:
Add the 100g (or desired amount) to 1 liter of warm water for 12 hours (the day before) to rehydrate.
When ready to cook the chanterelle mushrooms, drain the excess water and finely chop. Cook to taste.
The leftover water can be used as a broth in any other recipe because it contains a lot of aromas.
