We believe in Comté cheese as an essential part of the great European cheeses. On this occasion, we have selected a Comté AOC made with raw cow's milk and aged for over 24 months.
It is a cooked, firm, dry and slightly granulated cheese with toasted and spicy aromas. It is a cheese with a deep flavor that expands in the mouth, with notes of butter, ripe fruits, and nuts. Made only with raw cow's milk from the French native Montbéliarde and Simmental breeds.
Due to its unique melting texture, it is ideal to enjoy on its own at any time of the day or for cooking or gratins.
It is recommended to consume at room temperature.
