New wines made with grapes from old vines: this is the commitment of Cellers d'en Guilla, a young winery with limited productions located in the neighborhood of Delfià, in the municipality of Rabós d'Empordà. In terms of appearance, it has metallic reflections, with a very bright pale pink color. On the nose, the intensity is high. We find peach, fruity aromas, and grapefruit. On the palate, it is balanced, smooth, fresh, and very pleasant. Pairing: It pairs perfectly with rice dishes, salads, and pasta.
