Tasting tips:

Serve chilled as a starter, on its own or on a bed of green salad or as an aperitif toast.

In summer, tasting this pâté will transport you to the shade of an oak tree, on the banks of the Dordogne, a picnic with a Duck Liver Pâté and a loaf of freshly baked "Croustilot" bread... what a joy!
