Tasting tips:
Open both sides of the box and push to remove the fresh whole truffled goose foie gras. Cut with a wire 50 g per person and serve 20 minutes after removing from the refrigerator.
A sweet white wine will go perfectly. For example, we suggest you try your whole truffled goose foie gras with a cuvée Jeanne de Sauternes from Château du Mont. Don't hesitate to give us your opinion.
