Pork tenderloin is one of the most consumed pieces of this animal, its meat almost free of fat in the form of streaks, gives it an extra juiciness and tenderness. This meat is white, lean and very tasty. In addition, it is a perfect meat for children.
Each pork tenderloin weighs 600/700 gr approximately and will arrive vacuum packed. Tell us how you want us to send it to you: whole, in fillets or in medallions
It can be prepared roasted, fried, grilled, in sauce. If you are going to cook it grilled, we recommend you to choose the cut "in medallions" or "fillets", if you are going to cook it grilled, the best choice will be the whole piece
We recommend keeping it between 2º and 6ºC
