The veal 'Rotti' or 'Rollo' is one of our star products as far as cooked meat is concerned. We prepare the Rotti from the juiciest selected pieces of veal. We cut it by hand, spread the meat out and add the seasoning inside:
-French omelette, Serrano ham, cooked ham, olives and red pepper
-The combination is ideal to surprise your diners. Haven't you tried it yet?
You can choose between ROASTED, or UNCOOKED. If you choose roasted, we send you the veal Rotti in one piece, in an individual plastic container, with its sauce, so you can cut it little by little and do not lose its flavor.
You can choose the size of the piece between two sizes: 1.5 and 2 kilos
Veal Rotti has earned on its own merits a more than prominent place within our gastronomy, due in part to its great versatility. Its multiple ways of preparing it, and multiple combinations for its seasoning are a good reason to think that it is a good choice for our menu
We send you the roast veal roll with all its condiments, in an individual plastic container, ready to cut, heat and.... and eat!
Cooking tips
Accompany it with some baked potatoes, a salad (like us) or just a little rice. The sauce will allow you to garnish and enjoy the rotti even more
We recommend keeping it between 2º and 8ºC
Preferential consumption: before 5 days, as it is a cooked product.
