Our land: The Principality of Asturias is the land where gochos (pigs), xatos (calves), foals and animals that we use for our products are raised. In Asturian nature, deer and wild boars abound with which excellent quality sausages are made.
Our Products: Chorizos, Blood sausages, emberzaos, longanizas, etc. Everything good about our region can be found in El Bosque de Cardes.
A recognized flavor El Bosque de Cardes compango is used to prepare fabada from the Bedriñada Sidrería, awarded in 2014 with the award for Best Fabada in the World. We are proud to train part of the pantries of some of the best kitchens in Asturias.
