We select first quality raw materials, fresh and from local producers, we work them manually and cook them over low heat in an iron stove just as our grandmothers did. In the heat of the iron stove we prepare each product meticulously and then cook it slowly, respecting the tradition of our grandmothers' cooking. No preservatives, no colorants, no gluten.
Affection and respect is the next ingredient in our recipe. As where there is a boss, no sailor sends, it is our cook Mari Luz who is in charge of directing and supervising the entire creation process.
