Currently, Los Omeyas oil is unfiltered. If a fine layer of dark color is noticed at the bottom of the container, it is the result of the natural process of settling of small olive particles contained in the oil.
Due to its properties, we recommend consuming this oil raw: at breakfast, with salads, cheeses, and cold cuts; and with grilled meats and fish.
