The Fabada! Traditional dish where there is no doubt, is undoubtedly in the top 10 of Spanish cuisine. Don't tell me you don't fancy a good plate of authentic fabada and more with the great ingredients it has. I'm fartucu/a! 😉

Our Fabada is our particular tribute to the Asturian cuisine: the fabada! A traditional dish if ever there was one, it is undoubtedly in the top 10 of Spanish cuisine. Do not tell me you do not want a good plate of authentic fabada and more with the piece of ingredients that takes.
Our Fabada is our particular tribute to Asturian cuisine
The variety used in fabada is called Alubia "de la Granja", it is a soft and buttery variety suitable for this dish. This type of bean, in Asturias they call them "fabes", hence the name that gives life to the dish
Yes, it's a potent dish, but you just can't resist the flavours of the chorizo, black pudding, bacon and extra beans
