This red wine is made with Tempranillo grapes from the Matanegra area in the Ribera de Guadiana DO. Its altitude and cool climate allows for later harvests and with grapes at full maturity, resulting in fresh wines with good acidity.
Making
To obtain the Flor de Señorío de Orán Red Wine, three elaborations are carried out:
In a first tank a carbonic maceration is carried out, in a second tank it is fermented in the traditional style and in a third stage part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels.
At the end of this process an assembly of the three elaborations is made, which gives us a very fruity wine, with volume and with a complexity of spicy aromas, surprising for its freshness and sweetness.
