Fourchette Grand Cru is the result of maturing Fourchette in Sauvignon Blanc barrels for no less than 30 to 35 months.
Aging in barrels ensures a unique and extraordinary flavor profile, with slightly acidic and citrusy tones from the oak and the refreshing sensation provided by the Sauvignon Blanc. Smooth yet powerful, complex and balanced.
