Fourchette Grand Cru is the result of maturing Fourchette in Sauvignon Blanc barrels for no less than 30 to 35 months.
Aging in barrels ensures a unique and extraordinary flavor profile, with slightly acidic and citrusy tones from the oak and the refreshing sensation provided by the Sauvignon Blanc. Smooth yet powerful, complex and balanced.
Like its mother, Fourchette, it is versatile when it comes to pairings, with its fresh and slightly acidic notes creating a harmonious combination with a wide range of flavors.
