Delicious hake loins in traditional sauce, a light and tasty dish.
Ingredients: Hake (39%) (hake loins (FISH)); asparagus (asparagus stems, water, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid and acidulant: citric acid); peas; clam (MOLLUSCS) (8%); Fish and seafood broth (water, prawn (CRUSTACEAN), MOLLUSCS, FISH, onion, carrot, extra virgin olive oil, salt and potato starch); Montilla-Moriles fine wine (SULPHITES); garlic; parsley; salt and black pepper.
Weight: 350 g.
Storage conditions: Keep refrigerated between 0ºC and 4ºC. After opening, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days.
Instructions for use: Temper for 15 minutes and heat in microwave or in a water bath by piercing the tray for a maximum of 3 minutes.
