Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Pork Loin stuffed in high-quality pork casing.
This pork loin is produced following a 100% traditional drying process, with centuries of history, and it can be appreciated from the cut, with a fine marbling of fat, to the bite, with a melty and intense flavor.
From Iberian pigs raised freely in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, areas declared "Biosphere Reserve" by UNESCO, exclusively fed on acorns during the montanera season. During the last four months of their lives, these animals can eat up to 10kg of acorns daily. This feeding, the unique climate of the area, and the great skill and passion of the master ham makers for their work, make this Iberian product a delicacy you will want to have on your table.
