The authentic Iberian Acorn-fed Loin is obtained in a traditional and natural way, allowing each Iberian pig to produce two unique pieces. After being cleaned and selected, the loin is seasoned and stuffed. Its incredible flavor and subtle aromas are the result of a light smoking with holm oak wood and a slow curing process in natural dryers. With vibrant colors ranging from purple to pink, the cut reveals a marbled appearance due to the infiltration of fat from the acorn. This loin is considered the most noble piece of international charcuterie for its excellent meat, homogeneous texture, delicate flavor, and pleasant aroma.
