The Iberian acorn palette from Dehesa Casablanca, with a curing period of 30 to 36 months depending on its weight ranging from 5 to 6 kg, is a perfect combination of flavor, wild aromas, and those characteristic of the Dehesa Salmantina with the right amount of salt. The pig is free-range throughout its life, which is reflected in its taste as it feeds on all kinds of herbs and natural foods it finds while being free.
