It has won the award for "Best 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham" up to 6 times at the "Great Taste Awards" worldwide competition.

100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed
A unique and almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham due to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized, hairless (smooth), dark-colored pigs, with thin legs, and presenting mamellas (fleshy appendage in the front part of the neck).
