Extra Jack Tomato

Delicious variety of tomato mainly cultivated in the Cantabrian coast and especially in the farms of the Basque Country. It has a round shape and a color that starts as orange and evolves into intense red.

It has a very thin skin and a fleshy interior.

The fruits are compact and large, reaching weights over 300 grams per piece. It has a characteristic fruity aroma and is highly valued for salads, due to its large amount of flesh and few seeds.
