Wine made with Mencía grapes from vineyards that are 50 years old or older, located in the village of Valtuille de Abajo and enjoying clay soil. Whole cluster fermentation in large oak vats. Palate: the terroir is perfectly represented with a certain calcareous flavor, excellently integrated acidity, and a good structure. It is a lush wine, with lots of volume, round and appealing. Nose: notes of violet and fresh aromas with marked mineralization emerge. There are certain hints of cappuccino: it has a very interesting nose with a long development of nuances.
