We manufacture, in our artisan workshop, healthy and natural products, and we cultivate, on our lands in the country of Saint-Malo (Brittany), new plants to offer you a range of delicacies combining fruits, vegetables, plants and spices.
A history of gourmands:
Les Gourmands d'Ouest, is the only BRITTANY VEGETABLE CONFECTIONERY AND PRESERVATORY that grows unique plants in the country of Saint-Malo and manufactures natural, innovative, responsible and high-end gourmet food and confectionery products in an artisanal way.
Our know-how: We want to master some of the ingredients we incorporate into our recipes, from the field to the plate. Therefore, we collect spices, citrus or halophyte plants in Saint Malo. From responsible cultivation under organic certification, our plants, allied to our know-how, bring original, natural and responsible flavors.
Our vision: In a changing world facing multiple challenges, it is essential to reinvent the way we grow and feed ourselves. It is our responsibility to future generations. We believe that agricultural and food innovation must lay the foundation for a responsible and tasty future and that this innovation must serve naturalness.

- Natural and healthy delicacies: We sublimate all the aromas of fruits and spices by working with seasonal fruits, harvested at their ripeness and as local as possible. Our 100% natural products are handmade and without additives (no dyes, no preservatives, no chemical flavorings). We incorporate spices and original food plants in our recipes to increase their nutritional value and offer unique taste experiences.

-Raw materials sourced mainly from local suppliers and the Breton region. -Crops converted to 100% organic. -Control of our production chain: limiting food risks. -Responsible waste treatment: composting of all our waste. -Fight against food waste: production that generates little waste by nature, because all raw materials are used in our recipes, transformation of fruit not sold by local distributors into fruit jellies offered at an affordable price, surplus products given to Ephad. -Cultivation of food plants adapted to climate change and the Breton terroir: they require few inputs / treatments, low water consumption, allowing the cultivation of soils exhausted by traditional agriculture.
