  • The pieces in this lot -paleta, chorizo, salchichón and black pudding- come from acorn-fed pigs with a completely natural diet.
  • The ham has a minimum curing process of 24 months. The ham is cut by machine with perfect precision and vacuum-packed to preserve the characteristics of the piece.
  • For canned products, the best place to keep them is in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight and air.
  • It is recommended to cut into slices of 2-4 cm about two hours before consumption and then cover the cut area with cling film so that it does not lose its properties.
  • For cheese it is recommended in a cool place with high humidity. The idoneo would be in a cheese in the lower part of the refrigerator. Otherwise cover the cut surface with aluminum foil or shrink wrap. But, only the cut as the cheese needs to "breathe" through the rind.
