Taking advantage of an old tradition among the viticulturists of Priorat, which consisted of cultivating white vines among the black grape vines, we selected the white grapes from different plantations to produce this wine, a white coup with a small portion of Macabeo. Straw yellow in color, bright with golden hues. On the nose, it is expressive, aromatic, and complex, with mineral notes, flowers, fresh fruits, peach, and citrus. It also has hints of aromatic herbs and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is well-balanced and fresh, with breadth and good structure. It is an expressive wine, with volume and concentration. Aromas of fruits, flowers, and minerals. Pairing: Blue cheeses and fresh goat cheeses from any origin will wonderfully enhance this wine. The floral and fruity aromas of this wine make it perfect to accompany any cooked meat or fish, as well as shrimp and squid.
