Elaboration
Gin Mare is obtained through batch distillation, using a single Florentine still, in which the botanicals are individually distilled before being blended. The botanicals used are the classics, to which thyme, basil, rosemary, and arbequina olive are added, clearly Mediterranean products that give it its special characteristics.

Recommended Serving
It is recommended to combine Gin Mare with a touch of thyme, lime, premium tonic water (such as Fever Tree Mediterranean), and plenty of ice, as it is a gin that contains uncommon botanicals such as thyme, basil, and rosemary, to enhance its flavor.
