Ingredients:

Stabilizer: Microcrystalline cellulose; corn starch; stabilizers: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia mill.); Stabilizer: magnesium stearate; melatonin; stabilizer: stearic acid.

Composition (per tablet):

• 1.85 mg of Melatonin
• 7 mg of Lavender essential oil

Directions for use:

Take 1 tablet of Eladiet melatonin 30 minutes before going to bed.
