Mixture of minced or chopped Iberian pork meat, Iberian pork bacon or fat, added salt, spices and additives, kneaded and stuffed in natural or artificial casings, in some cases, that has undergone a maturation - drying process, which ensures good stability, as well as a characteristic smell and taste. Made with the same artisan procedures as our Iberian chorizo, the "velas" are distinguished by being stuffed in a finer caliber casing. A specialty that is individually vacuum-packed in elegant cardboard boxes.
