190g

Galician-style garlic mussels. Extraction and preparation only during the months of October, November and December, the optimal season for the highest accumulation of fats in this bivalve. As a differentiating element, this preserved mussel is handmade in all its phases. Its extraction, processing and classification are done fresh, and then the byssus (hair) is removed one by one. Afterwards, it is fried in extra virgin olive oil and presented in a classic garlic sauce, with 100% natural high-quality ingredients.

Made in Spain Gourmet always offers the best of Spanish gastronomy.

Agromar's commitment to quality leads them to bet on raw materials from our coasts, respecting the product and its nature, and maintaining a traditional artisanal production that has been going on for decades.

Paired with cava or white wine, it is the ideal complement. They can also be used to finish fish dishes.
