Aging: 9 to 21 months. Cava with aging of 18 to 30 months to which a fair addition of expedition liquor is made, to round off a great blend. These two years of rest give it great harmony, both on the nose and on the palate. Yellow straw color, bright. On the nose, the aromas are a perfect balance between fruits, flowers, and the complex aromas of aging. The taste of fresh sensations predominates, complemented by a burst of bubbles that tickle the tongue. Pairing: It is a very versatile cava, suitable for both appetizers and pasta, and allows pairing with poultry without sauces.
