Blueberry jam is made with organic blueberries that are grown near our factory in Arróniz. Like the rest of our jams, it contains much more fruit than usual, with 70% fruit, and very little sugar, which is also organic cane sugar. Gluten-free • No preservatives or colorants • Organic farming. A good alternative to preserve and enjoy fruit out of season is in the form of jam, a preparation that lasts a long time unchanged. The formula is simple: a mixture of cooked fruit and sugar. Our jams are completely natural, without preservatives that could affect their flavor. Ékolo jams have a smooth consistency without fruit chunks; a bright color, a good fruity aroma, and a texture that makes spreading easy, but without water.
