A mild sauce made with finely sliced carrots and onions with oregano and green olives. It is then simmered with tomatoes and little added salt.
Use: to garnish all kinds of pasta, to top a pizza, to accompany grilled meats, rice or cereal.

Karine & Jeff is a family business based in Revel, in the heart of the Lauragais region of southwest France. It creates canned ready-to-eat meals made from grains, vegetables and legumes. Its recipes are in the image of its 2 creators: generous, healthy, tasty, organic and authentic.
The recipes are all made from noble products with organic ingredients from regional producers. A cuisine without added sugars, without thickeners. With processes that respect all the taste and nutritional qualities of the products (low temperature cooking, natural light, water recycling, ...).
