Elaboration and Aging

Organistrum is a white wine made from the Albariño grape variety. The grapes come from vineyards in southwest-facing plots.

It undergoes fermentation in French Allier oak barrels. During the first 45 days, batonnage is applied, and then it remains in steel tanks for 8 months, which allows the wine to achieve good integration.

Organistrum Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Organistrum has a bright and intense straw yellow color. It has a dense and flowing tear in the glass.
• Nose: Fruit aromas alongside toasted notes with hints of damp vegetation and clean wood.
• Palate: It is flavorful and full of nuances, with fruity touches and great elegance on the palate.

Pairing

Organistrum is ideal for accompanying seafood, poultry, rice, fatty fish, and desserts.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 12-14ºC.
