The Vino Rosado Invita Rosé belongs to the Bodegas and Viñedos Castillo de Sajazarra with a Rioja Designation of Origin and is made from Tempranillo grape varieties. They harvest the grapes in early September, and after being hand-picked, they are taken to a refrigeration chamber and then to a selection table where those that are not optimal for making this wine are discarded.
