Porterhouse Around the Clock has a dark coppery color with beige foam, thick and consistent
Porterhouse Around the Clock has a deep, dark copper color with beige, thick foam of great consistency and durability. Each year it is aged in different casks at the Dingle distillery, which is also owned by Porterhouse Brewing. Its long maturation period of 250 days creates an even fuller, smoother and more flavorful beer of great complexity. The novel brewing creates a profile of immense aroma and distinctive malt flavor. It is warm and inviting with a pleasant oak finish. This blend pairs well with pork and lamb, chocolate-based desserts and, of course, Christmas sweets
