Productos Cárnicos BRISA, S.L. is a family business located in Guijuelo, with more than 35 years of experience in the production of Iberian products of the highest quality strong.
Its beginnings date back to March 1983, in a small factory of about a thousand square meters in the center of the town of Guijuelo.
The place where the first facilities were built was an old foie gras factory called BRISA, hence the name of the brand that we continue to maintain today. Don José Mª Jiménez Jiménez along with his brothers were the founders of the company, and they began to develop the business.
At present, BRISA offers a wide range of products from the Iberian pig of excellent quality , we are characterized by our great capacity for work and seriousness, always being open to new challenges of innovation and avant-garde, maintaining always our traditional know-how.
All our products are made in a traditional and artisanal way incorporating innovative techniques at the forefront of consumer demands, all products are manufactured without allergens b >, that is to say, they are lactose and gluten free, being suitable for consumption by all consumer groups.
It has numerous certifications such as certification of the Iberian standard, a company that produces organic products and a specific self-control system to be able to distribute its products all over the world. In addition, they are certified with the Tierra de Sabor seal, a brand of products from Castilla y León.
BRISA has evolved from a small business to a company with new facilities with more than 4,500 square meters. In which it has consolidated and developed a unique personality and values, based on a way of doing both traditional and artisanal, with a passion and respect for the Iberian pig.
