Next to the winery, on the other side of the river, in the Pesquera mountains, we find their vineyards planted on more calcareous soils. The priority at Tr3smano is to produce only grapes of great quality, with optimal ripeness. That's why it is essential to apply control over all processes, from winter pruning to the decision of the moment of harvest. Only in this way can the necessary levels of quality be achieved to obtain unique wines.

Applying a planting system in the form of supported glass. And with a high density of vines per Ha. In these vineyards located at about 850 m altitude on poor soils, low yields are achieved and fruit of surprising quality.
PairingAt Made in Spain we recommend it with Iberian ham and aged goat and sheep cheeses. Also with vegan cheeses from Veggie Karma.
With main dishes of lamb, game, or red meat. With dark chocolate desserts.
Where time does not exist and only good work mattersA great wine can only be made in an exceptional vineyard with the care of man's hand.
Tr3smano feeds on large vineyards located in three of the best wine subzones of the Ribera del Duero located in the Golden Mile, in Valladolid. Together, they cover a total area of about 55 hectares of vineyard, although all of very low production.
All the vineyards are planted exclusively with Tempranillo or Tinta del país - Tinta fina, most of them cultivated in a supported glass training system and with a planting density between 3,000 and 4,000 plants per hectare.
The work is carried out completely manually with the utmost care possible to respect the quality of the grape.
The winery is surrounded by a 50-year-old vineyard: the Lagar vineyard. This, together with the Rábano vineyard, is cultivated on very poor sandy-loam soils.
The concept of the winery, created by the architects' studio Konkrit Blu, seeks the integration of the building into the landscape minimizing visual impact and respecting the environment.
The project strategy was based on taking advantage of the slope of the plot to partially bury the building: to the north, the five harvest doors connect the field with the production room and act as gravity-fed grape dumping points, as was done in the past.
The use of gravity favors both the quality of the final product and energy optimization.
Light is the other essential element in this project: light in greater or lesser incidence on mass and space. Thus, in the ripening room where the barrels sleep, buried in silence, the entry of light is minimal and indirect, in contrast to the production room, bathed in light.
In this architecture, the chosen material, concrete - or cement - in situ, represents the total material, which provides continuity to the earth from the earth, acting at the same time as thermal insulation, allowing to reduce the use of air conditioning and forced ventilation.
On the other hand, solar incidence is controlled by a system of horizontal aluminum slats along the curtain wall.
In this way, the ergonomics of the winery with its two elongated faces presents functional advantages with good lighting conditions, natural ventilation, maximum thermal
