Radiquero cheese is a creamy cheese with intense flavors and velvety aromas, making it very pleasant to the palate. Its rind, which is edible and the mould that surrounds it is very digestive, penicillium candidum. As the cheese matures it changes its texture, which becomes increasingly creamy (from the outside to the inside) increasing its initial flavour and at the same time making it more intense both on the palate and on the nose. It is recommended to be consumed before 90 days
